Hi guys! So I don’t know if I’ve made y’all aware of this, but I am allergic to dairy, so finding foods I can eat and enjoy sometimes is a challenge. However, I try and remain optimistic because I love food. And cheese. And chocolate. Most recently, I’ve found mac and cheese I can eat and actually like how it tastes and today I’ve found a brand of cheese and cinnamon buns! Guys, I ate a grilled cheese for the first time in two years. It was wonderful! So backstory, for my last birthday, one of my closest friends made me cinnamon buns that I could eat and they were wonderful! So today, I decided to look for dairy free cinnamon bun recipes and it just so happens that the first one I tried tasted great! If any of you are interested, the recipe I used is here.
